Our client a Construction Support and Finance provider to small and medium contractors, for large Government Infrastructure projects is seeking to immediately place a Lead Snr. Electrical Design Engineer (MV) (PrEng) in Northern Suburbs of Cape Town: Minimum requirements: B.Eng Electrical / B. Tech Electrical (MV) degree ECSA – registered Professional Engineer or Professional Technologist (10 Years post registration) Built environment / Construction / Consulting Engineering experience required SAIEE – member Project and Team management experience essential; Management exposure to FCAs, HVAC, Lifts and Fire Protection services advantageous Proficiency MS Office and calculation tools such as MS Excel based load estimates, reticulation design in DigSilent or similar as well as lighting calculations in Relux or Dialux. Proficient in preparing Autodesk AutoCAD drawings and schematics.
