The learnership program will enable individuals to receive training in both sales floor and service desk operations at a retail store. Interacting with customers and managing stock will be a primary focus. Success in this role requires dedication to learning, completing logbooks, preparing for assessments, and demonstrating competency as a cross-trained sales consultant.

• Commit to working at least 120 hours in-store
• Acquire knowledge and develop expertise

• Help customers locate merchandise
• Arrange the store following MBP principles
• Process payments and transactions using the POS system
• Start new accounts
• Manage and reduce stock losses
• Foster customer relationships
• Ensure customer security and safety qualifications and Experience Grade 10
