A well-established organisation is looking for a Learning and Development Manager. The main purpose of the role is to assist the business in developing a learning strategy that promotes business growth and foster a high-performance culture. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Strategically develop and execute learning strategies aligned with our business and Human Capital objectives. Craft comprehensive learning and development plans to address training needs, overseeing training delivery, assessment, and post-training follow-up. Manage training budgets, forecasting costs, and resource allocation in line with organizational planning and budgeting systems. Cultivate a culture of continuous development by implementing a diverse range of blended learning approaches, including online, in-person, e-learning, and experiential learning opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, ensuring they align with business strategy and contribute to achieving our goals. Keep abreast of relevant skill and qualification requirements for effective performance, disseminating pertinent information throughout the organization as needed. Foster leadership development to ensure our leaders possess the necessary skills and attributes to drive organizational success. Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to design customized learning programs delivered by external service providers. Utilize our Learning Management System effectively, leveraging key metrics to support a culture of impactful learning and development. Support organizational effectiveness through targeted learning interventions that enhance engagement and build change capability. Provide oversight of Graduate Talent Programs to ensure compliance and alignment with our strategic objectives. Lead and mentor the L&D team in designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact learning interventions. Implement learning and development initiatives as part of project revitalization efforts. Monitor and address developmental gaps identified in employee Personal Development Plans (PDPs). Support management in addressing talent and succession planning gaps, offering guidance to employees on career development opportunities.
