Human Resources or Training certificate and NQF Level 5 Office administration or data capturing certificate Conduct Outcome Based Assessment - Level 5 Skills Development Facilitator Certificate 4-5 years experience in a training administration role Computer literate for role Knowledge of NQF, SAQA, MQA and ISO 9001:2205 Experience with MQA administration of achievements and registration of assessors and moderators Knowledge of HRD reporting in line with EEA, SDA, BBBEE, Mining Charter, SLP and Annual Integrated Report Experience dealing with MQA Learnership is advantageous Experience making inputs or submitting a WSP - ATR advantageous Supervision of all admin clerks Perform all duties required for central training administration Ensure training bookings are done captured on LMS for both internal and external Ensure availability of all training records for audit and verification by the third party (i.e., MQA, DMRE) as well as our Safety Department Ensure proper bookings of training venues Manage the diary of the Learning and Development Manager Support the office of the Learning and Development Manager in respect of administration related to HR Functions (i.e., Leave, Overtimes, time and attendance, etc) Ensure procurement of stock and items is done in line with procurement procedures in the department Prepare and submit training reports as and when required (i.e., daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually) Apply Now
