JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in negotiating timelines whenever necessary. Manage internal and external learning delivery partners during interventions. Consult the design of curricula or programmes for blended learning delivery (incl. F2F, Digital, etc.) aligned to the 5Di principle. Project manage and coordinate learning interventions and academies. Facilitate workshops according to industry standards both F2F and Virtual. Investigate and implement relevant learning facilitation methodologies and activities for interventions. Provide internal QA and peer review where applicable Ensure learning records and data remain updated Produce monthly learning reports Qualifications and Experience: A relevant HR qualification (3 Years plus) (Essential) OETDP qualification (Preferable) Minimum of 3 years' experience in workshop facilitation - virtual and face-to-face Report writing An understanding of the ADDIE process and curriculum development process Experience working within a corporate/ commercial environment Skills: Excellent attention to detail Managing Change Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills Facilitation skills Strong organisational and planning skills Behaviours: Applies market and business insights to drive organisational objectives Effectively works with others to achieve shared goals Creates an environment that fosters and nurtures a culture of creativity which drives success Thinks and plans strategically, focusing on the long-term goals and objectives of the organisation Develops plans and prioritises initiatives that align with the organisational goals and objectives Understands and navigates dynamics created by processes, systems, and people Assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes Quickly adapts and acquires new knowledge, skills, and competencies in a rapidly changing environment Interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems Takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed-upon performance targets Sets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable results Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
