This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager at TEE Properties (PTY) LTD. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, including marketing the property, completing lease agreements, conducting market research, lease administration, property management, and resident retention. The Leasing Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of leasing agents. Expertise in leases, lease administration, and property management Proven success in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform leasing strategies Demonstrated ability to retain residents and increase occupancy rates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Market related Apply Now
