The candidate shall have: Three years’ post qualificationExcellent team working skillsAppetite to work with service providers in multiple jurisdictionsAppetite to take on new tasks and gain experience in new areas The role shall include: Money Laundering Reporting Office (MRO)Reporting to FSCACorporate secretarial work in South AfricaWorking with the investment banking and investment management teams in terms of reviewing NDAs, engagement letters and terms sheetsMaintaining internal resources, including internal templates for legal contracts.
