Responsibilities:1. Utilize legal tracking software and ebilling platforms to accurately record and manage legal invoices.2. Review and validate invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with billing guidelines and client agreements.3. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors in a timely manner.4. Communicate effectively with attorneys, legal vendors, and clients regarding billing matters.5. Generate reports and analyze data to track legal spend and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.6. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ebilling systems and processes.7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and allocation of legal expenses.8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to legal billing and ebilling. Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2. 2 years of experience working in a legal operations or finance role, preferably with exposure to legal billing and ebilling processes.3. Proficiency with legal tracking software4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex billing data.
