Legal Counsel - - Cape Town City Centre

The Legal Counsel role is for a commodity / agricultural business with a need for a commercially focused lawyer.

The role requires:

an LLB degree
minimum 5 years post articles experience
experience within a law firm in a Corporate Commercial team focused on contract drafting ; or
experience as in-house counsel, with extensive experience in contract drafting,
project management and organizational skills
excellent attention to detail
