Candidate Profile Qualification/s - LLB or BA LLB or BCOM LLB. Years of Experience - less than 1 year. Required Documents: Updated CV Qualifications ID Copy Activities Brief : Shadowing of Legal Advisors (occasionally the Legal Manager) to meetings to understand the role of inhouse legal counsel. Be able to plan and complete projects. This includes the ability to identify and solve issues by applying professional standards required of a legal professional. The individual must also be able to write, edit, and revise effective messages. Attend to research of case law relevant to matters being handled by the Legal team. Taking of minutes at meetings and ensuring case files are updated as matters are working on by the members of the Legal Team. Attend various meetings with external legal counsel who are on the panel of TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa (Pty) Ltd to understand the value that they add to existing matters.
