- Grade 12 with LLB Degree and at least 2 years post admission experience
- Admission as an attorney is essential and conveyancing experience advantageous
- Good communication skills and good with planning / organizing
- Candidate must be resident in the Cape Town area
- Drafting legal documents
- Registration and cancellation if securities and conditions on approved business loans, and identifying potential business risks
- Liaising with clients and attorney, auditors / insurance brokers in process of implementing business loans
- Scrutinizing agreement and other legal documents and structuring of loan term sheets
- General legal advice and guidance, including research topics
