We are seeking a skilled legal typist to join our team in the debt collection industry. Are you proficient in drafting legal documents with accurately and efficiently? Then read on to see if you meet the requirements. Minimum Requirements: - Completed Matric - 2-4 Years previous experience in the banking litigation industry. - Previous experience with AJS, OCS and DM11 will be an advantage. Experience Required: - Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation. - Ability to perform well under immense pressure. - Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times. - Ability to liaise with banks and debtors. - Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players. - Attending to invoicing. Please note ITC and Criminal Checks might be required for successful applicants.
