A boutique wealth management firm based in Krugersdorp is seeking a talented Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting the wealth advisors.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wealth advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
Oversee client account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Manage client communications, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and expense management.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven administrative experience in a professional setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The Offer:
Competitive salary range of R10,000 - R20,000 per month based on experience.
