We are seeking a Lifestyle Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all the Executive Office level lifestyle requests. We are looking for an individual who has previous proven experience in this role or similar. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Booking all lifestyle requests for the client Providing excellent customer service to the client Proposing lifestyle alternatives with costings Making commercial or transactional inferences Liaising with suppliers on behalf of client Recon of all travel, dinners, expenses. Etc. Record keeping of all activities and events. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Degree/Diploma in Administration (advantageous) 3-5 years' experience (minimum) Drivers License and own car Previous concierge experience Experience in role or similar KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Previous global experience (advantageous) Strong financial management skills are required Maintaining accurate records is essential Effective commercial and transactional management Efficient time management skills Excellent writing skills Passionate about Customer Service Travel Desk experience Salary – Negotiable (depending on experience) Apply Now
