REQUIREMENTS- Matric
- Valid drivers license and own transport
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communications skills, written and face to face
- Ability to close sales successfully
- Target driven and solution orientated
- Independent worker that takes personal responsibility of their work portfolio
DUTIES- Set up meetings with clients who contacts us via inbound leads
- Calling on existing clients and setting up and calling on new clients
- Answering incoming queries on product offering
- Daily update of CRM system
- Meeting a target of 20 new business meetings per month
- Bring in new business and grow existing client base and network
- Source new leads and increase new business
- Working out quotes and sending proposals to clients timeously
- Follow up with clients to make sure they are happy with after sales service
- Mine business from the company existing clientele
- Understand company product offerings
- Consult with architects, builders, electricians, engineers to advise on product, service and solutions
- Maintain a good understanding of the market: competitor offerings, general intelligence, identifying new opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding monthly targets and the annual target
- Open communication with other relevant departments
- Abide by company disciplinary code
Salary: Basic plus commission.
