If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you Machine Operation: Operate CTL/Blanking line machinery efficiently and safely according to standard operating procedures. Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions, making adjustments or repairs as needed to minimize downtime. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance. Material Handling: Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading coils, sheets, or blanks from the production line. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience operating industrial machinery, specifically Cut to Length/Blanking lines, is preferred. Skills: Strong mechanical background and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role. Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, even in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, if required. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
