LOOKING FOR HARVEY SPECTER Looking for a qualified and admitted litigation attorney, to be employed as an associate / professional assistant at the firm. Must have min 5 years' experience in general litigation, both High Court and Magistrate's Court. Must be able to work unsupervised, have and appetite for litigation. Should have excellent drafting skills and be confident in court . Must be computer literate and well versed in Outlook, Word and Excel, must be able to do own typing. Salary will consist of a basic salary plus commission structure on fees brought in. Generally and from history even a newly appointed attorney averaged about R22 000 – R25 000 per month at my firm. An attorney with 5 – 10 years of experience should easy manage to do R30 000. There is an existing client base to do this from. Obviously an associate should build and/or expand the client base with his or her own clients too, but there is a good platform here for any diligent and hardworking attorney to grow from. No other benefits. Hours 08:00 – 17:00, Fridays till 16:00
