Sheshisa Loans is looking for an energetic and driven Loan Agent for our Kiosk in Empangeni.The Loans Agent is a retail store-based position where the successful applicants will be required to interact with and assist our clients with loan applications from start to end.The job responsibilities and specifications are below:The successful applicants will:Functional:a) Ensure that customer service and professional standards are maintained at company standards.b) Process customer loan applications and provide quotations on instalments and repayments.c) Capture and upload clear copies of all required documents into the processing system.d) Liaise with clients to obtain any outstanding documentation.e) Ensure that customer information is valid and accurate through reviewing documents and OTP verifications.f) Perform credit checks on clients and submit pre-vetted applications to administrators for evaluation.g) Inform clients of debit orders dates, debicheck, and how to withdraw or access their loans.Compliance:h) Ensure full compliance with NCA/NCR regulations.i) Ensure full compliance with POPIA.j) Ensure all company policies are followed and upheld.k) Adhere to time keeping rules and brand standards.Job Type: PermanentSalary: R 4 600.00 per month commissionAbility to commute/relocate required.Please send CVs to recruitmentsheshisafin.co.zaShould you not hear back within two weeks, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
