Candidate requirements:
- Hospitality related qualification beneficial
- Proven experience at a lodge or bush camp, especially in managing staff
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to train staff and lead them effectively
- The ability to manage and oversee all departments
- Excellent admin and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- A hands-on manager with great leadership skills
- Experience in working with Food and Beverage, Guiding or Maintenance would be advantageous
- Reservations knowledge and the ability to create itineraries would be a great advantage
