Candidate requirements:

Hospitality related qualification beneficial
Proven experience at a lodge or bush camp, especially in managing staff
Excellent command of the English language
Ability to train staff and lead them effectively
The ability to manage and oversee all departments
Excellent admin and organizational skills
Strong communication skills
A hands-on manager with great leadership skills
Experience in working with Food and Beverage, Guiding or Maintenance would be advantageous
Reservations knowledge and the ability to create itineraries would be a great advantage
