Kendrick Recruitment is now searching for a top-notch Lodge Manager to manage two x lodges (4 and 5) on a Private Game Reserve, near Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape (Only an hour from Port Elizabeth). Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in a Lodge management position, within a 5 environment is an essential requirement Must have experience managing multiple (at least 2) properties simultaneously Must have own transportation Sound knowledge and understanding of the luxury Lodge Industry Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and Hospitality Operating Systems Great stock control skills Sound knowledge of basic financial procedures Excellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principles Guest focus philosophy Good communica tion skills (written and verbal), practicing honest communication. Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control Excellent time management and self-d i scipline Proactive, use initiative and creative flair whe n required.
