Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: At least 3 5 years Management Experience in a 5-star boutique operation Hospitality and Service Training Experience In depth knowledge of classic and current food and beverage trends and market SKILLS REQUIRED: Energetic, proactive person with well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience, and the ability to provide that experience Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation Driven, energetic, compassionate and ambitious, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards Structured manager with experience of leading diverse teams Open minded and able to think outside of the box The ability to motivate and inspire yourself and others Excellent interpersonal skills and communication Fluent in English essential. KEY OUTPUTS: Responsible for day-to-day operations of the lodge.
