Logistics and Shipping Finance Coordinator - Brits

Job & Company Description:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Communicate with clients & shippers and resolve any complaints or queries that arise
  • Daily tasks and operations of planning & loading of shipping processes, receiving and create packing lists
  • Negotiate shipping fees
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Keep record of inbound and outbound shipment information
  • Manage shipments
  • Collaborate and communicate with packing technicians
  • Organize and monitor distribution
  • Excellent knowledge of import and export regulations and requirements

Education:
  • Completed Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant tertiary finance qualification preferred

Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • 3 to 4 years' experience within a shipping / logistics role essential
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP highly beneficial
  • Experience working with electronic data, MS Excel & MS Word
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
