Learn more: jti.com Logistics Associate What will you do - Responsibilities: New Product Development (NPD)/PLM's: Weekly NPD and marketing meetings. Review finished goods run-out and NTM availability. Analyze potential write-offs and update reports monthly. Generate MEMOs for W/O. Production Planning: Weekly meetings to address capacity issues. Review SOH, in transit, and shipping reports. Manage Nakhla F/C and create purchase orders. Cash Flow: Weekly cash flow updates using production planning. Conduct bond clearance analysis twice monthly. Master Data: Monthly maintenance of master data. Request and maintain pricing for new SKUs. Shelf-Life Management: Review SAP shelf-life report. Request samples for quality approvals. Communicate extensions or potential write-offs. Reporting/Supplier Invoices: Generate monthly marketing and inventory reports. Manage framework orders and process GRNs. Who are we looking for - Requirements: Degree in business, supply chain or currently studying in this field. 3-5 years' experience in Logistics in an FMCG environment English, SAP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word
