Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure, maintain and enhance current company supply chain processes and systems; Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation, storage, or distribution of goods and services; Develop forecasting plans to maintain enough inventory; Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner; Establish priorities, track assignments, and ensure availability of resources; Comply with standards and shipping regulations; Work with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled; Assist with procurement and inventory control; Optimize inventory performance via trend forecasting; Ensure vendor information is correct; Maintain and process documentation; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements: University degree holder preferred in Supply Chain/Logistics 3-5 years’ experience in a supply chain department or related function Good understanding of warehousing, import/export procedures and distribution processes and documents ICASA & LOA Certification & Customs documentation knowledge. Proficient with MS Office. Ability to place service and quality at the center of the business, making sure customer satisfaction is optimum Energetic and proactive individual with strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skills Ability to handle pressure and make decisions quickly Strong English skills (written/spoken) are mandatory
