Reference: PC001657-RC-1 Our client who specializes in in resource optimization, risk mitigation and waste management services is looking for a Logistics Manager/Coordinator to join their team in Parow. EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Logistics BASIC SALARY : R10,000 START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate DUTIES: Calling on site staff to determine accurate, up-to-date information regarding inventories Coordinating collections from client sites and delivery to off-sets Communicating with transporters and vehicles to determine the status of collections and deliveries Ensuring manifests are properly completed and scanned Updating our computer systems with accurate information Tracking vehicle efficiencies and assisting with scheduling of vehicle service Ensuring vehicle fleet is properly maintained Recruiting and managing Driver REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 with a logistics/warehousing qualification is advantageous Minimum 2 years related experience Proficient in MS Word and Excel Must pay attention to detail HOURS: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday with overtime CLOSING DATE: 05 October 2023 Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
