The company is looking for a competent and motivated person who can ensure customers portals are monitored and effect the necessary changes required KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Extract customer delivery requirements from customer portals daily Extract daily DCI’s and ensure daily picking and dispatching compliance Validate reconciliation of disagreements daily on various portals Check and updates releases daily as well as complete disputes daily on the necessary portals Support with daily stock counts and update reconciliations daily Generate delivery notes in Fourth Shift as required Follow up on customer queries and resolve accordingly Conduct filing of all shipping documentation and general housekeeping QUALIFICATIONS A tertiary qualification (ND, BTech or Degree) in Logistics, Inventory and Stores Management or Purchasing Management Certified computer training WORK EXPERIENCE Previous experience in OEM Logistics / Warehouse (5 years) Previous experience with exports Should have thorough knowledge of the entire plant processes OTHER REQUIREMENTS Excellent attendance and Disciplinary record Leadership skills Computer literacy essential (MRP System – 4th Shift, Excel, Word) Good decision making skills Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Perform reasonable ad hoc tasks / projects as requested by management Act as a back-up for the Logistics Admin Clerk as and when necessary
