Africa's leading specialist in the manufacturing of premium knitted and woven mattress fabric based in Elsies River-Cape Town industrial is seeking to fill the role of Loom Tuner (Production Technician). National Diploma: Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2 years' mechanical and maintenance experience. 5 years production or manufacturing experience. Previous experience working with machines in a manufacturing environment preferably in a Weaving textile mill working with air jet looms and jacquard machines. Ability to learn from machine instruction manuals. Availability to work shifts including weekends & night shift. Familiarity with a variety of loom types and configurations, including air jets and jacquard looms.
