Requirements: Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent – Essential Regulatory Examination – Essential Forensic Investigation Diploma / Insurance Institute qualification - Advantageous Mathematics and African Language - Advantageous Forensic Investigation and investigation knowledge. 5 years’ experience in investigative work/ 2 years’ experience in (essential): Insurance Police Forensic Audit Legal Basic legal and insurance industry knowledge. Be available to travel. Responsibilities: Deliver and support sound quality of claims decision making, prevent fraud and manage expenditure. Validate claims by investigating, applying expertise and interviewing customers and other parties. Accurately administrate and underwrite claims. Processing cases, dealing with complicated queries and investigating customer problems. Planning activities for training and coaching. Provide technical guidance when required. Stakeholder management
