Job DescriptionIn this position you will be reporting to the senior quantity surveyor and your duties will include but not limited to:
- Measurement and certification
- Cash management
- Contractual conditions, legal compliance, and administration
- Estimation
- Staff management
- ND/ BTech / BSc in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years of experience in QS within the building & construction industry. Residential Construction experience will be a bonus.
- Experienced in CCS
- To be discussed with the employer
