Urgently looking for a qualified Machine Tool Fitter or Millwright with the below mentioned experience. Must have trade papers and at least 2 years machine tool experience. Please do not apply if you do not have the below qualifications and experience for the job KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: To ensure that all equipment is maintained and repaired to specifications of manufacturing. To assist electronic and electrical departments if and when required To maintain safe work procedures (monthly SHE inspection). To inspect,service,repair and overhaul Machinery and ensure that machines are kept in good running conditions Updating the equipment register and plant/ spares information. Taking of stock of mechanical equipment Work with precision measurements when carrying out tasks ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum N 4 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification Have completed a recognized apprenticeship. Passed a trade test as Fitter and Turner/Millwright Extensive experience in CNC Machine Maintenance. Two years or more working experience on Machinery Good Mechanical insight in the repair of machinery Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Be available for overtime and standby.
