MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Logging of all maintenance calls and requests. Coordinating with maintenance teams on all responses to requests and issues. Maintaining of the portfolios asset register Maintaining of the maintenance and service schedule Following up on completion times and providing progress reports Collecting quotations and raising purchase orders Liaise with the suppliers and contractors Assisting the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors with daily duties EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years’ experience in Administrative role, preferable in maintenance, stock or warehousing Excellent communication skills Computer Literate (Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook) Must work in structured and organized manner Able to work under pressure Self-motivated with the ability to think logically Local Franschhoek candidates would be advantageous Covid-19 vaccination mandatory REMUNERATION: Remuneration is based on experience and competency and includes Company benefits.
