A Vacancy exists at Mpact Recycling - Germiston , for which applications are invited from internal and external applicants who meet the following requirements: The Incumbent will be required to: Capture financial transactions in timeous and accurate manner, in-line with accounting principles and company procedures, as well as perform general administration within the department including planning and supplier interaction. Your key responsibilities will be: Sourcing quotes for Baler Maintenance Repairs/spares Obtain quote approval from relevant manager Load order requests on JDE Evaluate Job Cards against PO requirements Obtain invoice approval and capture onto JDE Baler Maintenance service planning Continuously update Quote Matrix Perform monthly stock takes Coordinate breakdown/call-outs for Country Dealer Balers Load new vendor applications Coordinate Baler placements at new sites Communicate feedback on Service Route from Service Provider Receive stock from supplier PO Update and communicate changes to planned services Follow up on outstanding items with External Service Providers Keep track of invoice payments with Shared Services Filing of all documents: Signed CAPEX and invoices Communicate with Baler Maintenance Team on planned Works Orders Liaise with Branch Managers and Administrators on planned baler maintenance and repairs Create Work Orders for planned service inspections and baler repairs Capture Maintenance hours and report on weekly utilisation Update and close Work Orders, and forward Order Request Quotes to respective branches for invoicing Audit Stock Recon / Stock Journals from Workshop Generate invoices for Mpact Limited Competencies: Numerical ability and date entry skills Accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer relations Work well under pressure Good work ethic and high integrity Trustworthy Responsible Qualifications Matric 2 Years' overall combined Accounting and Finance experience B. Com Business Administration advantageous Job Requirements JD Edwards (ERP system) experience will be advantageous. MS suite (excel/word/projects) Smartsheet experience will be advantageous.
