Maintenance Handyman - Pietermaritzburg
This role would entail being responsible for maintaining and repairs to general infrastructure of the buildings interior and exterior, perimeter walls / fences, gardens and grounds. Actioning all planned maintenance and job cards and correctly capturing the relevant data and hours worked. you will be required to perform other duties from time to time. Duties include: General maintenance of buildings and surroundings Installation and commissioning - assist artisans from time to time with reticulation work, pre-installation preparation work and commissioning / positioning of equipment Capturing Data Requirements: Grade 12 Completion of a technical course / certificate hat demonstrates technical skillset 2 - 3 years as a handyman or artisan assistant (Electrical / mechanical) Ability to use hand tools, portable electric tools and power tools Plant / building maintenance experience Suitable applications can be emailed to liezelpronel.co.za Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
