We are currently working with a reputable company in need of a talented Maintenance Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies. Overseeing the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of equipment and machinery. Identifying and resolving maintenance-related issues in a timely manner. Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Training and developing maintenance staff. Collaborating with other departments to improve overall productivity and efficiency. Preparing and presenting maintenance reports to management. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in maintenance technology and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and techniques. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Relevant degree or certification in Engineering or a related field. Prior experience in the [industry] is highly desirable. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
