Maintenance Technician - Paarl - South Africa
Our client in Paarl is looking for a Maintenance Technician.
Minimum requirements: Millwright
Experience required: Minimum years 2- 4 of experience in a similar role
Experience in FMCG Machinery
Experience & characteristics required for this role:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer literate
Able to work independently and self-manage.
Able work under pressure
Flexibility
Good interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities include; but not limited to:
Ensure all routine maintenance is done on Brewery equipment.
Stock maintenance dept of all necessary consumables and spare parts.
Attend to breakdowns in brewery.
Condition monitoring of all equipment
Create lists of maintenance work to be done and communicate to management.
Manage dept budget.
Responsible for all preventative maintenance, breakdowns of equipment and general upkeep of brewery.
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
