An international property investment company is seeking a Management Accountant who boasts a Finance degree, CPA or CMA certification and experience performing similar duties with regards to finances and operations in the business. Apply today Key responsibilities for the Property Management Accountant are as follows: Prepare and analyse financial statements for individual property portfolios Monitor performance against budgeted targets and provide various analysis Work closely with the property management team to develop annual budgets and forecasts Ensure invoices, rent and vendor payments are processed timeously and accurately Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department Examine financials to support decision-making processes Ensure compliance with tax regulations and collaborate with tax advisors Prepare property tax returns , sales tax filing and other documentation required for tax Liaise with auditors during financial audits of properties Monitor cash flows for the properties Address and resolve financial inquiries from tenants Maintain accurate financial records by utilizing accounting software and property management Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience Proficient in accounting principles and financial analysis techniques Real estate accounting experience would be beneficial Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Relevant Finance degree CPA or CMA certification Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF018410.
