Manage team, performance management, ensure that KPIs are managed Prioritise and scope all projects in operation Ensure that auxiliary data systems (Skyvia, Survey Sparrow, etc) are secure and functioning Identify and mitigate gaps and risks - exception reporting Ensure that the Omni Channel is functional Support the implementation of Marketing Cloud processes and journeys Follow strict data security protocols Ensure that all Power BI dashboards are maintained Develop and scope process improvements Process map all processes that are developed or improved Continuous process improvement on creating operational efficiencies, improving turnaround times, and gaining customer insights Maintain and build reporting templates Data housekeeping Ensure that all data related OKRs are driven in the operations environment Support senior managers / executive on reporting, dashboards, data extractions, etc Define business requirements, develop solutions, and documentation Create, review, and execute SOPs Manage system testing during development and implementation of system changes Manage and review the development of test plans for system testing Review current processes and recommend improvements Meet with internal stakeholders to discuss project details, review deliverables, and obtain signoff Review technical documentation to ensure clarity of understanding Review business cases that support new initiatives / changes to existing processes Identify gaps in existing processes Ensure adherence to frameworks, policies, and procedures Manage and review incident reporting / escalations Ensure that processes conform to audit requirements Ensure that support structures are established to ensure smooth running of new campaigns Ensure that all projects are defined with clear outcomes and timelines Diploma / Degree: relevant Experience with one or more coding languages SQL experience Salesforce experience Experience working within an Agile framework Advanced MS Excel Able to work under pressure and to deadline Project management, project implementation, and project plan drafting experience Create and present technical solutions to business problems Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Apply Now
