We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand, drive vehicle sales, and enhance customer engagement across various channels. We create vehicles that not only meet but exceed the expectations of modern drivers. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to our growth and success in the automotive industry. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to identify market trends and target customer insights. Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies. Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with product development and sales teams to integrate marketing strategies. Oversee the creation of marketing material, including brochures, emails, and advertising. Plan and manage public relations efforts, including media opportunities, press releases, and company statements. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to upper management. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels. Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning to develop counter-strategies. A bachelor's degree in Marketing. Proven experience of 4-10 years in a marketing manager or related role, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice. Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media. Previous experience in managing a marketing team. Strong analytical and project management skills. Confident and dynamic personality with strong creative outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
