To highlight risks and compliance issues that needs to be addressed to maximize the debt review portfolio yield. To influence client experience, retention, and rehabilitation within the debt review client journey. To provide insights gained to Manager Process Recoveries and act as a BASA representative in Heads of Debt Review for the Bank. Experience Minimum: At least 5yrs experience in relationship management and debt review management within a banking environment. Report writing (Executive level) Report analysis Presentation to internal and external stakeholders Ideal: Extensive debt review management in a constantly changing environment. Experience across Contact Centre technology platforms Experience with digital tools to enhance debt review strategies Experience with external debt review vendors' systems Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Knowledge Minimum: Knowledge and understanding of Commercial and business imperatives re debt review / financial service / credit / collections environment People management and development practices Call centre environments Call Centre Technology Alternate work methods Digital client engagement Resource planning Ideal: Capitec Bank policies and procedures South African banking environment Banking legislation NCA, NCR circulars and guidelines HR procedures Call centre environments in collection Payment platforms Digital client engagement Skills Commercial Thinking Skills Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills Leadership Skills Planning, organising and coordination skills Strategic Thinking Skills Conditions of Employment Clear criminal and credit record Capitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
