JOB DESCRIPTION Receiving Manager Responsibilities: Plan, organize, control and assist with optimum functioning of Receiving department. Management of the receiving department. Management of employees within the department. System stock management. Trims management. Monitoring and Procurement of stock. Managing and coordinating inbound deliveries and outbound deliveries of raw material. Manage transfer areas from receiving to production lines. Receipting . Stock allocation and maintaining stock accuracy. Stocktake. Manage process flows in and out of receiving areas and maintain lead times. Housekeeping. Manage H&S adherence and standards in the department. Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent. 1-2 Years of experience in logistics/supply chain/despatch and receiving departments. Formal qualification in logistics/supply chain. Computer Literate with exceptional excel skills. Experience in a managerial role of function. Behaviours: Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to Work independently. Ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to manage employees. Applications close on 30 May 2024.
