You'll oversee the full accounting function of our funds, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations. Utilise your expertise in Everest software to streamline processes and lead a dynamic team. Drive innovation in a pivotal role where your contributions shape the financial landscape of our organisation. Review and approve banking transactions Manage cash flow and forecast fund requirements Oversee system controls and procedures Prepare fund accounts and ensure compliance Liaise with investment managers and brokers Handle SARS submissions and audits Coordinate fund valuations and compliance Prepare management reports and budgets Ensure customer and SLA adherence Assist team with accounting issues Develop and lead a high-performing team Skills & Experience: Proficient in Excel, including V-Lookup and pivot functions Completed FICA awareness training Minimum 4 years of experience in employee benefits or retirement fund administration, preferably in a similar role Strong knowledge of pension fund legislation, particularly Section 13A, regulations, and guidelines Experience with Everest software is advantageous Qualification: Undergraduate degree or Retirement Fund qualification Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF018414.
