Reference: ITE005887-ANR-1 Unified Endpoint Management – Solutions Architect (Senior) Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation Are you a seasoned IT professional with expertise in endpoint management solutions? We're seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in managing corporate devices globally. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems, and related components. Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams. Assists with defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production). Understands and monitors impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments and continuously works on improving the operational stability. Works on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics. Interacts with an international product team, external providers, vendors and customers. Treats security as a first-class citizen. Works closely with stakeholders, and development teams in constantly improving our Endpoint Management platforms stability and availability. Works with other IT teams on the integration of new features and components. Requirements: University Degree/Diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering) or 5 years of IT experience. Advanced knowledge of VMWare Workspace One (UEM & Access) and Microsoft Intune. Proficiency in at least one OS/device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux). Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPO). Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apple technologies. Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and integration issues. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management). Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand technical dependencies on a global scale.
