Our client is an international giant, they focus on mechanical, electrical, and software engineering products for the mining sector. The successful candidate will be the Service Manager for Africa and South Africa, managing the entire service function within the company and overseeing the Service Department. This person must have 5-7 Years Management experience coming from a mining / engineering / manufacturing industry. The Sales Manager will be an integral member of the Executive Committee. This position will require you to travel extensively worldwide. Assist with strategic and budget planning and managing key accounts. Management of the entire sales and service function within the company. Financials - Expenditure control for Service Departments. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibility for the yearly Service strategic business plans. Identify both short- and long-term risks to the business and develop strategies to overcome these. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be an advantage 5 - 7 years experience in a management role R 800 000 – 1 million ctc per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)
