Our company is looking to recruit a procument Manager who will ensure the formalation, development, and excution of department to drive sourcing, Purchasing, transportation and export of the products from SA to our clients. Supervising and managing the stock-keepers and employees. Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and technological advancements related to coal. Suppliers evaluation, selection, and development for cost-effective purchase and quality. Supplier capacity mapping and development of supplier base to support plant production volumes. Monitoring and control of the Coal Management Activities to achieve availability at optimum cost and as per scheduled plans. - Monitoring and controlling turnaround time of orders & dispatches and Just-in-time (JIT) inventories in the port /warehouses/mines Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that procured raw materials meet the required quality standards. Ability to foresee risk and implement risk management processes Regularly visit and analyze bulk cargo terminal conditions Regularly analyze the costs required for export operations and provide feedback Background Education: Bcom degree in supply chain Management, procument or logistcs Work Exprience: Minimun 3 to 5 years procuments experience, familiar with the South African coal market, through knowledge in the mining, coal processing, transportation and export, Good at coal cost analysis.
