Manager Position - Stellenbosch
Our Company Horison Trolley Management have two Manager positions available in the Stellenbosch area.Must have MatricAny security related experience will be a plus.Job Description· Manage the operational, cleaning and maintenance aspect of trolleys, baskets and merchandiser flatbed trolleys. · Oversee and manage all staff related aspects. · Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all daily trolley porter duties. · Develop cleaning and maintenance schedules and enforce them among employees. · Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues. · Consistently deliver incredible customer service by ensuring that you meet the requirements and service level standards of Shoprite and Checkers Management. · Communicate and maintain good relations with Shoprite and Checkers Management. · Responsible for accurate weekly trolley counts. · Manage and update broken trolley reports. · Keep a safe and clean workspace at all times. · Devise and implement daily trolley collection operations to minimise trolley losses. · Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws. · Help train employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes. · Perform administrative tasks as required. · Follow and abide by all company rules.Please forward CV to killian.johanngmail.com
