B-BBEE Awareness & Training on amended codes and sector charters B-BBEE Interim Audit B-BBEE Assessments Element Scorecard assessment and reporting Duties & Responsibilities: Client Interaction -Develop sales strategy. -Drive strategic sales and business development. -Manage client interactions. -Oversee the client renewal process through the sales administrator, including sending renewal emails to existing clients and following up on requests for proposals. -Develop proposals for new clients. -Create presentations on our profile and offerings and deliver them to clients. -Prepare tenders for new clients. -Handle client complaints and queries, update the complaints register, and maintain a database of queries. -Direct technical requests and queries from clients to analysts and provide feedback to clients. -Conduct sales presentations for clients. -Manage accounts by following up with clients upon project completion to assess satisfaction levels and address any issues. Analyst Interaction -Collaborate with the sales administrator and analysts to ensure renewals and client retention. -Refer queries and technical questions to analysts for client feedback. -Coordinate with analysts to finalize proposals and commence projects. -Provide analysts with feedback regarding client queries and satisfaction. Sales Administration and CRM -The Business Development Manager will oversee and be accountable for this process, with the Sales Admin person providing support. -Administer and maintain the CRM database. -Update CRM with new opportunities, requests for proposals, and proposals. -Keep client records current in the CRM system. -Generate sales reports on new sales, renewals, lost clients, and new opportunities. -Develop sales reports for all Opco meetings. New Sales -Collaborate closely with the Exco and the Business and Account Development Manager on new sales initiatives. -Schedule meetings with clients responding to inquiries and proposal requests. -Conduct industry and client research to identify new sales prospects. -Coordinate with consultants to obtain referrals for verification. -Prepare monthly sales analysis and reports prior to sales closing. -Contribute ideas and insights into sales and marketing strategies. -Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends. -Engage with industry bodies to access new client opportunities. Branding, Marketing, and Social Media -The Business Development Manager will oversee this process, with assistance from the Sales Admin person. -Maintain and update the company website. -Manage the LinkedIn profile. -Take charge of all social media activities. -Prepare marketing materials. Salary: Basic salary starting at around R28,000.00 – R40,000 CTC Commission on top & Incentives (Please note that the salary range give is just an indicator & will be based on your experience, skillsets & in relation to your current package) Apply Now
