Manufacturing Foreman - Cape Town City Centre
Our client, who is an internationally acclaimed manufacturing company based in Cape Town, has an opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will manage the performance of team leaders and team members to adhere to production targets, as well as health, safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. You will also assist in production planning, maintaining schedules and production delivery, and liaising with stakeholders concerning issues with quality or delivery.

Requirements:
NQF Level 4 Qualification
3 yearsâ experience within a manufacturing environment
2 yearsâ experience on a supervisory level
Experience working with Composites (Resin, Fibreglass) will be highly advantageous
