A well estalished, proudly South African prominent FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturer specialising in plastics manufacturing. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field 5-10 years of proven experience in plastics manufacturing management, ideally within the FMCG manufacturing/production market Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices. Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Performance Areas: Efficient manufacturing management - manufacturing functions; best practices; health and safety compliance; Total Quality Management (TQM) Budget and cost control management - expenses; cost-savings and controls; financial performance and budget adjustments Production planning and inventory management - replenishment and promotional requirements Safety and environment management - risk management and improvement strategies Staff management - manpower and performance management The compensation package is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant working experience.
