Introduction The client is the leading manufacturer of laboratory equipment in Southern Africa. Description Position Title: -Manufacturing Production Foreman Key Tasks and Responsibilities: The Manufacturing Production Foreman shall be responsible to oversee the Line staff, production Schedules and Deadlines, materials, equipment, and tools to ensure efficiency is maintained and projects remain on schedule for the manufacturing of catering hospitality equipment. Will conduct meetings with office and floor personnel to ensure work is properly delegated and deadlines are met. Will maintain the ability to prioritize projects and ensure they remain on schedule. Shall support and strive towards safety in all facets within the manufacturing facility. Resolve safety problems that arise and complete required paperwork, ensure shop equipment and materials are being tracked, maintained and available as required, assist withand resolve of manufacturing issues as required. Will work closely with the production team in the planning and communication of daily, weekly and monthly order processing schedules and deadlines. They shall ensure that company quality standards and practices are adhered to at all times. Duties of the Production Manager: Processed order tracking Internal systems management Production and assembly line output Quality control during production. Quality management and system control Renumeration: Market related salary Provident Fund Profile Requirements: 3 years or more experience. Own Transport and Cellular Phone. Clean criminal record. IT literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Interstices (Internal Operating System –Training to Be Provided) Sober Habits
