Learn more about our employee referral program (http://careers.stryker.com/referrals/) Main objective / purpose of the role: The position is responsible for coordinating sales support by organization of marketing & Education events and managing all daily marketing activities. - Organize and provide materials and logistic coordination to marketing events like congresses, workshops etc. - Ensure that participants' subscriptions to company events and all marketing activities documentations are in line with fiscal, legal and company requirements. - Collect and maintain accurate library of marketing activities documentation - Maintain marketing materials and monitor its production to ensure consistency and appropriateness - Develop marketing support materials - Serve as liaison between company and advertising agencies, print suppliers and various marketing services. - Provide logistic arrangements to sales force - Collect and maintain an up-to-date customer and competitors database. - Research and analyze competitive HCP education and training activities, customer feedback and market research to determine best practices and strategize direction of customer-facing educational activities - Strategize and oversee the development of new HCP educational resources for on-demand education such as videos technique guides, online education, and iPad applications. - Identify needs for and oversee design of collateral materials to reinforce and further support the knowledge acquired during educational activities, including videos, presentations, handouts and hands-on objectives - Oversee the design, administration and evaluation of national product training programs through the selection of educational method, budget and attendee management, material and promotional development as well as onsite delivery of events to build upon the knowledge and skills on the safe and effective use of Stryker product. - Liaison with legal, compliance and transparency to ensure all departmental educational activities meet or exceed regulatory requirements. - Serve as a liaison and represent Stryker with educational sponsors for regional and/or national Third Party Education Conferences.
